Love it here! The team is very organized, running a tight schedule. I don't believe we've ever waited to be seen more than 5 mins, if that. The office is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Most of all I really appreciate the time Dr Shapiro took to explain in detail my sons needs, set realistic expectations, and answer all my questions. Dr Lin and the rest of the team have been great with our follow ups and treatment is going well. They even check in in-between appts to ensure positive progress, they really care. If you're in the neighbouring towns and looking for an Orthodontist, they are definitely the choice! Thanks Team!

Very friendly staff and the doctor, was explained everything step by step. On the day of our appointment when we had to put braces, was a very nice environment and it was very friendly assistant, she took her time explaining while she would do the braces, my teen was nervous at first but after she was very relaxed.
