Love it here! The team is very organized, running a tight schedule. I don't believe we've ever waited to be seen more than 5 mins, if that. The office is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Most of all I really appreciate the time Dr Shapiro took to explain in detail my sons needs, set realistic expectations, and answer all my questions. Dr Lin and the rest of the team have been great with our follow ups and treatment is going well. They even check in in-between appts to ensure positive progress, they really care. If you're in the neighbouring towns and looking for an Orthodontist, they are definitely the choice! Thanks Team!

Our family has been through braces at Alliston Ortho, both of my sons and me, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Very friendly staff and the doctor, was explained everything step by step. On the day of our appointment when we had to put braces, was a very nice environment and it was very friendly assistant, she took her time explaining while she would do the braces, my teen was nervous at first but after she was very relaxed.

I cannot reccomend Dr Linker and the clinic staff enough. My husband had a fairly medically complex situation and was on a tight time line because of medication. Not only were they able to help us on short notice, they took on his case with confidence that meant the world to us. Dr Linker and the reception team took the time to speak with me on the phone and get all needed info and build
A great amount of trust. They were very comforting and calm during his extraction and also after the procedure. They gave me all the needed information post op to make sure we could go home feeling safe and secure about anything that could happen (because of his medical history) and we are now a few days after the extraction and the healing process has been phenomenal. Thanks to Dr Linkers great work. We will definetly be back and referring anyone who asks to them. Thank you again!!
