I’ve had a wonderful experience with Alliston Orthodontic Clinic. My daughter was really nervous about getting her braces, but the team was incredibly warm and patient with her. They took the time to explain everything, helped her feel comfortable, and made the whole process so much easier than we expected. I’m truly grateful for how caring and accommodating they’ve been. I’d highly recommend them.

My experience was exceptional. I started with my kids then myself, and they made us all feel comfortable. They were always professional and friendly all at the same time. I would definitely recommend Alliston Orthodontics

Alliston Orthodontics were truly amazing right from the very first phone call. They were fast at scheduling an initial consult and from there it has only been exceptional customer service. I am thrilled with the outcome of my Invisalign and would highly recommend anyone looking at braces to reach out to the staff at Alliston Orthodontics.

My son had braces put on a year and half ago and recently had them taken off. His teeth are beautiful! This week my daughter had her new invisilign braces given to her with special blocks to help move her lower jaw forward. The team is so kind and followed up with us to see how she was adjusting. I highly recommend the Doctors and team at Alliston Orthodontics.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental team! From the moment I walked in, every single person—from the kind and organized receptionist to the incredibly skilled surgeon—made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.

I had my wisdom teeth removed, which I was really nervous about, but they walked me through the whole process with patience. They were so supportive after the procedure too. I had quite a few random questions in the days following my surgery, and each time I reached out, they were happy to help and always thorough. I never felt like a burden—they made sure I had all the information I needed at every step.

They truly go above and beyond, and it’s clear they care deeply about their patients.

Alliston Orthodontics has an amazing team of staff and Doctors. Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Gioulos have such amazing care and compassion for their patients. It's not always easy to watch your children have to undergo any surgery weather minor or more invasive. The comfort my son and I received today left an everlasting impression and trust in the wonderful team at Aliston Orthodontics. Dr. Gioulous is very kind and compassionate and I appreciate the time and dedication to taking such wonderful care of my son and making us feel very comfortable with the procedure and aftercare. Dr. Shapiro is very informative and has a great way of making the parent and patient feel confident and comfortable in the process of Orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend this office. Dr Shapiro is absolutely amazing he gave my daughter the most perfect smile 😃 He educated us during each step of the way. His staff put us at ease when we had to schedule appointments and ask questions. They even helped our financial situation making it easier in terms of payment Cinzia his assistant did all treatments/adjustments for my daughter and Is very professional and consistent and does excellent work! She’s a true GEM 😄 Would definitely recommend, and very pleased with our results.

My son was playing in a hockey tournament in Alliston and his wire broke. I took a chance and called Alliston Orthodontist. They were so very kind. They not only squeezed my son in, they fixed the wire perfectly. This is a fantastic office filled with a welcoming and professional staff. Thank you!!!

I had my impacted 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed here yesterday by Dr. Gioulos. Best surgical team out there! From the moment they talked me through the steps, I felt more comfortable (and before this I was a nervous wreck). I was under general anesthesia for the procedure and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. It’s 1 day after, I’m taking the medication as described and I feel better than I thought I would! Thanks so much to your amazing staff ❤️❤️❤️

I had infections from a wisdom tooth that needed to come out ASAP. They were able to consult me and then book my extraction appointment shortly after. Dr Giuolos is not only excellent at his craft, but a kind human. The procedure was extremely fast (local freezing only) and the pain is completely gone. Virtually no extraction pain, either. Wizardry. All staff I encountered at the office were so very lovely. Thank you to all at Alliston O & O! Cannot recommend Dr G enough!

Everybody that works here is super kind and friendly; I really appreciate everything that they did for me. I highly recommend them for any orthodontic treatment needed because they are the best. I am very content with the results and am so thankful for them. They are always there for you and always willing to help you. I was introduced to Dr. Macintosh in August 2021,I have a bone disease and loss all my teeth..His Team and himself took such amazing care of me! I never thought I’d smile again! Most amazing Surgeon and Team! The support,kindness and compassion that was shown is unexplainable, I wouldn’t go anywhere else that’s for sure! Highly recommend, I have my life back thx to Dr.Macintosh! I can’t thank him enough! My teeth were pulled and titanium posts were put in along with bone grafts and all has healed perfectly! I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Alliston Orthodontics over the past three years. As an adult, I’ve struggled with over-crowded teeth and was finally able to look into options for braces. The team has always made me feel welcome and excited about the process. They offer so much support, even during difficulties with Covid shutdowns, being available to answer questions quickly. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, they’ve helped me lose my anxiety during visits and actually look forward to the progress.

Alliston Orthodontics & Oral Surgery is the best orthodontic office in all of Simcoe County. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I have heard several complaints from friends who have other orthodontists in the area. I was always shocked because I have never had a single inconvenience at AOOS. Appointments were always scheduled perfectly, and my braces were taken off exactly when they were predicted to. Covid 19 did not slow down this office or my process getting braces. The office is great with communication, and I always felt well prepared for things by them. This location was able to give me a great payment plan considering I am a student. The day I got my braces off, I was given my retainer the same day, and I was given a treat bag full of snacks and treats that I was not able to have when my braces were on. You will not find somewhere to get braces that is better than this office. You will find your self completely satisfied if you choose Alliston Orthodontics & Oral Surgery.

They offered a great payment plan, great friendly service, and fabulous results! I wish they had been around when I had braces. All of my kids now have the beautiful smiles that give them the confidence they need to conquer the world!

Our experience with Alliston Orthodontics has been exceptional. Dr. Shapiro, Leah, Shelley and all the staff have treated our family very well. All three of my children have had braces, the results have been incredible. To be honest they all looked forward to their scheduled appointments. Loved this place from the second I walked in. Staff are all nice and Dr.Shapiro is always nice and is someone you can trust to make your smile perfect! Due to Covid my braces came off a little bit later than planned but after all the safety measures were made inside their building they were back up and makeing people smile again! Would recommend 10/10.

Where do I even start. They are AMAZING. We brought our son to them last year as he had a really bad cross bite. They took him THAT day and put his braces on. They are super knowledgeable, kind, compassionate team. We would recommend them to everyone and anyone. You won’t be disappointed. Our son will need a second set in a year or so, without a doubt we will be back.
