Shelley has been in the orthodontic field for more than ten years, and is a master organizer! If you need something looked after or followed up with, Shelley will not let you down.

Cathy is the first person you will meet with her warm smile and welcome. Cathy is responsible for scheduling and financial co-ordination, and is always eager to help make things easier for you or your children.

Gentle, fast, and clinically amazing, Cinzia has been placing braces and wires for Dr. Shapiro for more than 15 years. In fact, Dr. Shapiro’s own children were often treated by Cinzia when they had their braces (and many times preferred her to him)!

Fun and hilarious, Laura makes all her patients feel at ease and welcome. She is an amazing clinician with a soft touch, and we love having her with our practice!

One of our newest members, Arifa is our quiet worker-bee. In super stealth mode, she zips around the office being sure we are ready to go for the next patient and keeping us on time!
